SASCO has in the past weeks been plagued by a cancerous tumor of an isolated group of degenerates who sought to establish parallelism and ill discipline disdainfully of our constitution.
After several attempts by SASCO leadership and members of convocation, to plead with the rebels to redefine themselves within the confines of the SASCO constitution, they refused.
The 22nd NEC of SASCO was then left with but one alternative, to approach the courts of law, to deal with this matter.
Therefore, SASCO would like to duly note and welcome the Judgement by the Gauteng High Court Division which ruled that the 22nd NEC as elected at the The Lakes Hotel and led by President Vezinhlanhla Simelane and Secretary General Alungile Kamtshe is indeed constitutional and legitimate.
The court went further to nullify the purported congress of of Booysens, whilst ordering the degenerates to desist from masquerading as the leadership of SASCO.
